- Waterproof and flush-mounted TV in the en-suite bathrooms, together with special speaker cover hoods for better soundproofing and fire resistance. Both bathrooms also feature waterproof keypads and smart ventilation systems
- The only space available for the main AV rack was in the master bedroom so we had to make sure that it was quiet, easily accessible and had proper ventilation
- The client requested a doorbell camera on their mobile/tablet/iPad and for the doorbell to be audible through multi-room speakers anywhere in the house. When someone rings, the intelligent system mutes the music that is playing

Project Brief
The client wanted to control and customise many aspects of life in his small apartment using tablets and smartphones. We had to make judicious use of the space, discreetly integrating key components in line with health and safety guidelines. The interface had to be simple enough for all the family to use.
Project Outcome
Advanced Integration handled the design, installation, programming and commissioning of all the systems including lights, heating, blinds, ventilation and air conditioning, AV (multi-room audio & video distribution), security, CCTV, door entry phone and Wi-Fi. Our project manager worked closely with the architect and electrical engineers throughout the process.
