The owner and property developer of this 10,780 sqft family home enlisted Advanced Integration’s help to upgrade the AV equipment for all the property, featuring a en-suite master bedroom, two family bedrooms, living room, kitchen, main office, gym, basement and staff area (master bedroom and kitchen).
Being an avid TV and movie fan, the client requested 4k TVs in every room, including two IP2 rated waterproof TVs with accompanying soundbars, flush-mounted in the marble walls of the master en-suite and second family bathrooms. To guarantee a perfect viewing experience and wow factor from every angle, we installed 8 motorized wall mounts and 2 electric lifts, all operated from a centralized system. These allow perfect positioning and flexible adjustments for flat panel screens of any size. Moreover, the TVs can be completely concealed for functional and aesthetic purposes.
