This 21,500 sqft villa was built on three levels and surrounded by an impressive garden with swimming pool and automatic irrigation system. The owners wanted a sophisticated and exceptionally reliable home automation system that would also allow remote access and be easy to use, as the member of the family had different requirements.

We designed a bespoke system to manage every function from the same interface. Everything can be accessed via iPhone and iPads or via keypads and touchscreens installed throughout the property. Remote access was also allowed to accommodate the needs of the owners. For example, they can turn on the heating before coming home in the winter or turn on the lights and security cameras in specific areas.
The video intercom and security systems are also integrated, so they can grant access to the property remotely and get notified in case of intruders with live streams of the video surveillance. The alarm can be easily activated or deactivated and with a single touch several operations are triggered (e.g. closing all the curtains or turning off the lights).
Motorized wall mounts and electric lifts where installed for the television sets and, following a later request of the client, the AV system was further improved and the existing music server was upgraded to support well known network services like Airplay and Spotify.
We also installed a dedicated home cinema with a hidden projector (using a motorized in-ceiling lift from Future Automation). Moreover, in a recent upgrade we integrated Vantage with RTI and added more iPads to control the smart home.
