We designed a custom-made interface to control all the technology in the house in a simple way. For the lights, we used a flexible approach: we allowed our clients to control all their lights easily (e.g. allowing them to turn on and off the internal and external lights with a single touch, and creating bespoke scenes to recreate specific settings), but at the same time offered granular control with the possibility to manage each group of lights individually and even a floor plan view for easier understanding. We also integrated the lighting and blinds for a smoother experience.

Regarding the BMS integration, we replaced the existing system and integrated first the heating system, then the air conditioning.

For the AV system, we installed a multi-room audio system and allowed for high resolution audio distribution and 4k video distribution to all TVs. Moreover, we handled the home cinema control adding video sources (Sony TV-Integra AV-Apple TV-Nova) and designing a bespoke interface for the TSR-310 touchscreen remotes.

Besides three touchscreen remotes and one in-wall touchscreen at the entrance, we also provided access to the system via three iPads.

Finally, we integrated the cameras and security system, so the client could have full control of all the zones.

As we always do, we handed over all drawings and thorough documentation for the entire project, ensuring full understanding of the system and easy maintenance operations.
