We were tasked to automate lighting, shades and AV, as well as making some upgrades to the entertainment system in this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in central London, which was also dubbed Trophy Home of the Week by the Evening Standard. Moreover, further upgrades have been planned (home cinema, AV distribution, integration of the intruder alarm).

The apartment was undergoing full renovation, so we were able to handle all the cabling and make sure everything was thoroughly tested. We also acted as technology consultants for our clients, guiding them on the most suitable equipment. We choose a Crestron system for this apartment, and designed a custom interface with bespoke scenes tailored to our clients’ requirements.
Lights were wired to allow AV connectivity and keypads were engraved for easier understanding.
On client’s request, we allowed access via iPad, and also provided elegant docking stations.
Regarding the entertainment system, we added new speakers, installed a motorized TV lift for the master bedroom and added a waterproof TV to the ensuite.
