Advanced Integration announces the completion of a highly ambitious residential project designed to provide the next level in home automation and integration.

The property, a 24.550 square feet luxury mansion in St John’s Wood, London, enables residents to take full control of their home using one simple interface, quietly enriching their everyday life in the background.

Specifications

A seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom detached residence extending over five floors.

Among the features, an Autostacker garage lift, a twelve-seat dedicated home cinema, two temperature-controlled wine cellars, an underground games room with an aquarium wall and a swimming pool area with all comforts: Jacuzzi, bar, sauna, hammam, massage room and gym.

Additionally, staff living quarters comprising three bedrooms, three bathrooms, sitting room and a fully appointed catering kitchen.

“Given the scale of the project, we had to treat it like a boutique hotel, rather than a private residence” said Marios Tsiftis, CEO. “We integrated a Crestron home automation system with the BMS, designing a bespoke interface with a sleek design and intuitive controls for both the residents and the housekeeping staff. At the same time, we arranged each piece of equipment neatly and with the utmost care, labelling and documenting everything thoroughly for easy maintenance”.

Crestron touchscreens and iPads were fitted on every floor for easy access to all settings, and more than 80 keypads were installed throughout the property. Fifteen Crestron TSR-310 remote controllers were also added for maximum flexibility. Particular attention was given to seamlessly blend the technology with the interior design, e.g. by choosing invisible speakers and hidden TV lifts and cabinets. The property features 92 electric curtains and blinds all controlled simply by the same interface.
